Working closely with payroll experts, nanny agencies, and industry partners, Kirsty ensures families receive clear guidance, friendly support, and the resources they need to stay compliant with HMRC. She also leads and supports the marketing team, shaping content and campaigns that educate, engage, and simplify what can often feel like a complex process.
Kirsty’s mission is to make employing a nanny feel simple, secure, and stress-free.
Outside of work, Kirsty loves spending time with family and friends, staying active, and baking – often testing out new recipes!
