When you employ a nanny in your home you get the ideal solution to your childcare needs, but you also become an employer, which entails a certain amount of administration and a number of risks. Nannytax can help you with all of this.
Nannytax payroll provides payslips and HMRC liability statements and deals with HMRC on your behalf. However, you still have to pay your nanny and pay HMRC. With Payroll Plus we will make these payments for you. This negates the risk of fines from HMRC if you were to make a late or incorrect payment, as well as saving you time and effort.
Automatic Enrolment Workplace Pensions are now mandatory for UK employers, meaning you have to enrol your nanny into a workplace pension scheme if she qualifies (see here for who qualifies). Nannytax can manage this for you under our Enable Autoenrol service.
Employers Liability Insurance protects you should your nanny make a claim against you for compensation if she is hurt or becomes ill as a result of her work.
