Her background pre payroll was the travel industry, and when she joined the payroll sector she brought her passion for creating outstanding customer experiences (that are memorable for all the right reasons!) with her.
Jenni collaborates closely with her teams to provide a service that simplifies complex payroll processes, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for all her customers whether they are employers in a domestic setting or small SMEs.
Her passion for accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication ensures she brings a practical perspective to every article, whether its focusing on demystifying payroll, sharing regulatory updates, or offering actionable advice for employers managing staff at home.
When she’s not leading the business, Jenni enjoys relaxing at her beach hut and soaking up the sea air, or, on rainy days, spending time in the kitchen cooking up a feast. She also cherishes time with family and friends during her downtime.
