Background checked
All candidates are fully vet checked (DBS, 1st Aid, recent references, ID confirmation etc). Should a nanny not have a DBS they can apply for one on their behalf and keep the nannies up to date on its progress. They verify all written references and throughout our interview process, they discuss their CV in depth to discover their strengths and weaknesses.
