Terms and Conditions

Draw 1 – “Summer Prize Wheel”

The Summer Prize Wheel (“the Promotion”) is open exclusively to current Agency Services members of Enable Ltd who receive an invitation to take part email from Agency Services (“Eligible Agencies”). Eligibility to receive the invitation email from Agency Services requires the agency to have had at least two redeemed referral codes within the month of August.
Only one entry per agency is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same agency will be disqualified.

The qualifying period for the promotion begins at 00.01 on Saturday 1st August 2026 and runs until 23:59 on the 31st August 2026.
The Summer Prize Wheel will commence on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 for qualifying, eligible agencies from August. This draw will close on at 23:59 on Wednesday 16th September, or earlier if all eligible agencies have claimed their prize.

Qualifying agencies will receive an email from Agency Services the day the prize draw commences inviting them to Spin the Wheel.
To participate, the recipient of the email must click the link provided in the email to spin the wheel.
Only one spin is permitted per qualifying Agency.
No purchase is necessary to participate.

Each eligible agency invited to participate will be able to win a prize.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event that a prize becomes unavailable, Enable Ltd reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Only one spin per agency is permitted. Any agency that attempts to spin the wheel more than once will not be able to claim any prizes won.
The prize won will be revealed immediately after the spin. Winners will receive an email notification confirming their prize.
Should the qualifying agency not Spin the Wheel for a prize before the draw closes at 23:59 on Wednesday 16th September, the agency will not be able to claim a prize after this period.

Prizes will be ordered and distributed to the prize winner after the prize draw has closed.
Expiry dates for vouchers will be provided with the voucher details and the timeframe is entirely dependent on the retailer that issued the voucher.

Enable Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, without prior notice.
Enable Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or interruptions that may affect participation in the Promotion or receipt of the voucher.
By participating in this Promotion, Eligible agencies agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By entering the Promotion, Eligible agencies consent to the collection, processing, and use of their data for the purpose of administering this Promotion and issuing the prizes.
Enable Ltd will handle all personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and will not share the data with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment.
Where applicable, prize winners will be sent vouchers to the email address provided upon entering the prize draw.
Where applicable, prize winners will be sent physical prizes to the postal address we have on file.

Enable Ltd is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Promotion.
Enable Ltd will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes/vouchers.
Enable Ltd will not be liable for any issues with the redemption of the prizes/vouchers.
Enable Ltd is not responsible if the prizes are posted to an incorrect address.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and are construed in accordance with, English Law.

Draw 2 – Autumn Prize Draw

The Autumn Prize Wheel (“the Promotion”) is open exclusively to current Agency Services members of Enable Ltd who receive an invitation to take part email from Agency Services (“Eligible Agencies”). Eligibility to receive the invitation email from Agency Services requires the agency to have had at least two redeemed referral codes within the month of September.
Only one entry per agency is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same agency will be disqualified.

The qualifying period for the promotion begins at 00.01 on Tuesday 1st September 2026 and runs until 23:59 on Wednesday 30th September.
The Autumn Prize Wheel will commence on Friday 2nd October 2026 for qualifying, eligible agencies from September. This draw will close on at 23:59 on Friday 16th October, or earlier if all eligible agencies have claimed their prize.

Qualifying agencies will receive an email from Agency Services the day the prize draw commences inviting them to Spin the Wheel.
