What happens next?
You will shortly receive two emails, one with login details to your members area and the other is a one-time password (which you will be asked to change during your account activation steps).
Log into your online members area account and complete your activation steps.
Once you have activated your account you can tell us all about your nanny, salary etc by completing our 'add employee' form. Once you have submitted this information you will receive a draft version of your bespoke contract of employment.
Important: Going forward
Please remember, unless you are a Plus customer, it is your responsibility to pay your employee on time and ensure your tax and national insurance is paid to HMRC.
