All our childcarers are interviewed by a qualified recruitment consultant and as members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation we ensure a strict code of practise and ethics is adhered to.  As signatories for the Criminal Records Bureau we police check all applicants and verify references, qualifications and working visas.
