Family Match was established in 1993 and is one of the most highly respected agencies in the South of England. We provide Nannies, Mother’s Helps, Maternity Nurses, Housekeepers, and Holiday Nannies throughout the whole Southern Region.

As a committed member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), we adhere to a strict Code of Conduct in its intensive selection and verification processes.

The candidate selection process is extremely thorough & includes a personal interview at our offices, verification of the identity & qualifications of each candidate; exploring reasons for gaps in employment history and looking at the candidate’s personal, family and medical background. We also speak personally to at least two or three of the candidate’s previous employment references & undertake an Enhanced CRB Check on every candidate.
