Early Birds Nanny Agency

Early Birds is an independently agency run by Maria Marsh, an ex nanny of 15 years and now a mother of two.

We work on a more individual principle and aim to give a personal service to each client. Our services provide full and part-time live-in and live out nannies, mother’s helps, temps, holiday and aftherschool carers and maternity nurses in Hertfordshire, Essex and North London.

At Early Birds we pride ourself on supplying up to date information to guide clients through every step of the employment process form interview guidelines, salary scales, model contracts and guidelines, a nanny pack and mileage log sheets, to an 8 week aftercare plan.

Our main aim is to match the right nanny with the right client with as little disruption to your daily lives as possible.
