We follow a rigorous application process including personal interview, 3 reference checks and CRB check. Candidates are given preference if registered with the Child Care Approval Scheme. Qualified candidates need 2 years experience and if unqualified 5 years experience is required.

Families are visited in their own home prior to matching suitable candidates, ensuring a comprehensive service. April Avenue offers ongoing guidance and support to families and candidates before, during and after placements.
