Choice and flexibility for work and family
As part of the pre-budget report the Government published "Choice for parents, the best start for children: a ten-year strategy for children". This set out the Government's plans to make additional improvements to the availability, quality and affordability of childcare. A consultation has begun to ask for views about how these commitments and goals should be delivered in ways that meet children's, families' and employers' needs.
