The Members Area has been designed to make managing an employee easy and efficient for our all our clients. We are here to help you get the best out of the Members Area and are on hand to solve any issues you may have. Here are some of the most common enquiries we get:
How do I access the Members Area?
The Members Area is always available through www.nannytax.co.uk , by clicking on ‘Members Area’ in the top navigation menu. You can also reach it though various page buttons and links as you browse through the site. Once you have accessed the log in page we recommend you bookmark the page or add it to your browser favourites so you can reach it quickly for future use.
How do I get my log in details?
Within 24 hours after you have subscribed we will send you two ‘Welcome’ emails providing your log-in details. The first of these emails will be sent from
, not Nannytax. The second will come from a nannytax.co.uk email address. If you don’t seem to have received these emails, in the first instance please check your spam filters and junk mail folder inbox as some email facilities will filter email addresses they don't recognise. If you still don’t have these emails please contact us on 020 3137 4401 and we will resend them to you.
How do I change my password?
Visit the Members Area login page, enter your payroll number and click the ‘Change Password’ button.
I have forgotten my password
Visit the Members Area login page, enter your payroll number and click the ‘Reset Password’ button to set a new password. If you are still having problems contact us on 020 3137 4401 and we will reset it for you.
I can’t seem to view the Employment Guide or access the Legal Helpline
The Members Area uses pop-ups to convey information and instruction and aid navigation. To make full use of all the features users must make sure that pop-ups are enabled whilst using the Members Area. Read more about pop-ups in the Members Area here .
Where can I download the Nannytax Contract of Employment?
You can find our specimen contracts with guidance notes in the Legal Helpline section. After logging in click on the ‘Legal Helpline’ button on your client homepage. Ensure your pop-ups are enabled to gain access. Read more about pop-ups in the Members Area here .
Where is the Employment Health Check?
This can be found in ‘my details’ section after you have logged in.
Where do I set up a log-in for my nanny to download her own payslips?
You can do this in the ‘my employee’ section after you have logged in.
Where does my nanny access and log-in to the Employee Portal?
Employees can access their log in page by first visiting the main Members Area log-in page. Underneath the ‘Reset password’ button there is a link to the employee log-in, which will take them to their own log-in page. Here they can enter the log-in details that you have set up for them. Once your nanny has accessed the log-in page we recommend she bookmark the page or adds it to her browser favourites so she can reach it quickly for future use.
